Tegal Corp. (TGAL: Quote) announced Monday morning that it signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held CollabRx Inc.
Tegal Corp. climbed sharply in the first hour of trade Monday and finished up by 1.58 at $5.18 on the highest volume of the year. The stock broke out past resistance and set a new high for the year.
