Malaysia's IHH Announces Global Offering Of Up To 2.23 Bln Shares At RM2.85/shr

IHH Healthcare Berhad announced the details of its proposed dual listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the first concurrent Initial Public Offering that has ever been undertaken in these two markets.

IHH will offer a total of up to 2.23 billion shares under the global offering, comprising up to 1.8 billion new shares issued by the company and up to 434.65 million existing shares offered by the selling shareholder. At RM2.85/S$1.18 per share, IHH is anticipated to raise gross proceeds of up to RM 5.13 billion from the issuance of the new 1.8 billion new shares.

The Malaysia and Singapore Public Offerings will open at 10am on Tuesday, July 3 and close at 5pm on Wednesday, July 11.

The institutional price and final retail price is expected to be fixed on July 12. Trading of the company's shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities and the Main Board of the SGX-­-ST is expected to commence on July 25 under the stock codes of 5225 and IHH on Bursa Securities and SGX-­-ST, respectively.
