Bob Mobile AG reported its final audited consolidated financial results according to full IFRS for the full fiscal year 2011. Due to write-offs of EUR 2.2 million, the net loss for the year was EUR 2.5 million, compared to profit of EUR 1.8 million in 2010.The net loss after minority interests amounted to EUR 3.8 million, compared to net income of EUR 1.3 million in the prior year.
The Bob Mobile Group generated revenues of EUR 35.1 million 2011, compared to EUR 40.7 million last year. This development was largely influenced by an almost fullwithdrawal from the Greek market and the exit from the activities of the adult entertainment subsidiary Pink Adventure AG. Excluding theseextraordinary one-off effects Bob Mobile showed a revenue increase.
By the merger with Cliq B.V. and the establishment of the 'freemium' businessunit, the Bob Mobile Group said it has achieved a strong market position, especially in Europe, and is from today's perspective well positioned forprofitable growth in 2012 and 2013.
