PC Gold Inc. (PKL.TO: Quote) Tuesday said it promoted Chief Operating Officer Peter Hooper as Chief Executive Officer and President, effective July 1. Hooper replaces Jean-Pierre Chauvin, who has resigned as interim CEO and president.
The company also appointed Philip Gibbs as its chief financial officer. Gibbs is CFO of Kilo Goldmines Ltd., Macusani Yellowcake Inc. and Asante Gold Corp.
