Bison Gold Resources Inc. (BGE.V) said Tuesday that its Chief Executive Officer Lucas Ewart has resigned from the position. However, Ewart will stay on with Bison Gold in a limited advisory capacity to assist the company in its business development and financing initiatives.
The company has commenced search for a new CEO.
