Extending early decline, the euro dipped against the Canadian dollar on Wednesday in Europe. The euro reached a new 2-year low of 1.2719 against the loonie and the next downside target level for the euro is seen at 1.26. The euro-loonie pair closed Tuesday's deals at 1.2765.
