MGold Resources Inc. (MNI.V) announced that, following the election of the new Board of Directors of the Corporation at the annual shareholders meeting held on June 29, 2012, the directors appoint John Squarek, as the President and Chief Executive Officer, and Edward Kozowy as the Interim Chief Financial Officer.
In addition, Cassady Harraden has resigned as Vice-President, Exploration.
The company noted that it intends to consider additional officer appointments once the new business plan and strategy has been developed and approved by the Board.
