TOM TAILOR Holding AG's (TTI.DE,TTI.BE,TTI.MU) retail segment sales, including e-commerce, rose by 26.0%, despite the volatile spring temperatures. On a like-for-like basis, the segment grew by 9.0%. The
e-shop, which benefited from the TV advertising campaign, performed extremely well and posted a quarter-on-quarter rise in sales of almost 50%.

In the first half of 2012, TOM TAILOR increased its retail sales, including e-commerce, by 34.8%. On a like-for-like basis, sales went up 13.2%. German textile trading finished the first half of 2012 with a sales drop of 2%.

The company plans to open a total of between 60 and 70 retail stores in 2012, mainly in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
