Justin Bieber was pulled over by police officers on California's 101 freeway for allegedly exceeding speeds of 100 miles per hour. Reps for the Bieb say he was traveling at 80 MPH in an effort to evade the press.

TMZ published a transcript of the 911 call Bieber made after the stop in which he says he has "like five cars following me." The operator then asked the teen superstar if he was the same person who was previously stopped on the 101 Freeway.

Justin admits to this, but adds that: "They're the ones that are driving recklessly now, I'm just trying to like not have them be on my tail right now."

Law enforcement source officials told TMZ that the CHP is currently investigating the paparazzi for creating a hazardous situation.

The pop-phenom has been pulled over three times in the past year. Once for making an unsafe turn, again for cutting off a highway patrolman and once more for appearing too young to drive.
