Courtney Love is getting sued again, this time by her former personal assistant. Jessica LaBrie, who worked for Love from June 2010 until July 2011, claims that Love owes her money in unpaid wages.
According to a report by NME, LaBrie alleges that Love tried to make her hire a computer hacker and produce counterfeit legal documents. Love allegedly withheld her salary when she refused to do what she deemed to be "fraudulent, unlawful and unethical." LaBrie also charges that Love had her working 60-hour weeks without overtime pay.
LaBrie is also about to publish a tell-all book about her time working with Courtney, entitled Get Me A Xanax.
The Hole singer is also facing a lawsuit from her former lawyer, Keith A. Fink. Fink is suing Love for $466,029.41 in outstanding fees for previous lawsuits.
