Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, Inc. (NGVC: Quote), in a filing, said it expects the initial public offering price to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share.
The company is selling 3.62 million shares of common stock and the selling stockholders are selling 3.52 million shares of common stock. The company noted that it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
Natural Grocers and the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 543,574 shares of common stock from the company and 527,854 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders.
Natural Grocers has applied to list its common stock on The New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "NGVC."
