Woodrose Corp. (WRS_H.V) announced that its board has approved the consolidation of the outstanding common shares on a 2:1 basis. The company currently has 10.33 million common shares outstanding and will have 5.17 million shares outstanding after completion of the consolidation, subject to adjustment. The share consolidation was approved at a special meeting of shareholders held on July 19, 2011.
The consolidation has been conditionally approved by the TSX Venture Exchange and the Replacement Shares will begin trading on the NEX board of the TSXV on a consolidated basis on July 16, 2012.
