Austria's inflation increased in June, after slowing in the previous month, data from Statistics Austria revealed Monday.
The consumer price index rose 2.2 percent year-on-year, following 2.1 percent increase in May and 2.3 percent gain in April.
A 3.2 percent rise in prices in the housing, water and energy group was the main driver of inflation, followed by a 2.6 percent increase in food prices.
Month-on-month, consumer prices edged up 0.1 percent in June.
The EU measure of inflation was 2.2 percent in June, unchanged from May's figure after revision. In April, the inflation was 2.3 percent.
