OraSure Technologies, Inc. (OSUR) said Monday that it has closed its public offering of common stock, issuing a total of 6.1 million shares in the offering at a price of $12.30 per share.
The company said it received net proceeds of about $70.2 million after the underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.
OraSure expects to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
