Sequenom Files Notice Of Appeal Of Preliminary Injunction Denial - Quick Facts

Sequenom Inc. (SQNM: Quote) announced that it has filed a Notice of Appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit from the July 5, 2012 Preliminary Injunction Order of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California denying Sequenom's request for preliminary injunctive relief.

Sequenom had previously requested that the district court enjoin Aria Diagnostics' continued infringement of U.S. Patent.
