Stevie Wonder's cousin, Alpha L. Walker, has been ordered to stand trial for extortion after he and his girlfriend attempted to sell a video of their rant against the singer for millions of dollars.

A judge ordered Walker and girlfriend Tamara E. Diaz to stand trial for extorting Wonder by allegedly threatening to sell the video, which a police detective described as an 80-minute rant against Wonder, to various media outlets if they weren't paid by the Grammy-winning musician.

Walker and Diaz have pleaded not guilty and their attorney, Ian Wallach, claims that the prosecution does not have enough evidence to support a trial.

The duo has been jailed since May 2 when they were arrested after a sting organized by Wonder and the police.
