Alliance Financial Corp. (ALNC) Tuesday reported a second-quarter profit of $2.9 million or $0.61 per share, down from $3.5 million or $0.73 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Net interest income declined to $10.0 million from $11.3 million in the year-ago quarter, due mainly to exceptionally low interest rate environment, which was partially mitigated by strong loan growth.
