Australian Dollar Climbs To 2-1/2-month High Against U.S. Dollar

The Australian dollar that erased early Wednesday Asian session's gain against the U.S. dollar showed choppy trading thereafter. But the aussie made a sharp spike against the greenback at 9:55 am ET and touched 1.0343, its highest level since May 2. The next upside target level for the aussie is seen at 1.04.
