"All My Children" star Mark Consuelos has reportedly signed on to join FX's hit series "American Horror Story." Consuelos will appear in the role of Spivey, a patient admitted into a hospital for the criminally insane, reports people.com.
Consuelos, who is also known for being married to Kelly Ripa, joins an impressive list of guest stars joining the show this season including Jessica Lange, James Cromwell, Joseph Fiennes, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Zachary Quinto, Adam Levine, Chloë Sevigny and Lizzie Brochere.
The show debuted last season and was developed by "Glee" creator Ryan Murphy. It was a huge success in its first season, becoming the biggest new show of the year for FX. Murphy is also known for his popular series "Nip/Tuck" and "Popular."
