Bob Dylan's 35th album, Tempest, will be released on September 11. His label Columbia Records announced the news earlier this week and said the album will feature 10 new songs.
A source told the Wall St. Journal that the album will be "something you've never heard before from Bob." There is reportedly a tribute to late Beatle John Lennon on the album, called "Roll on John." There will also be a song about the Titanic on the album, but the title is not yet revealed.
The release of Dylan's 35th album coincides with the 50th anniversary of his first album release, which happened back in 1962. His last album, 2009's Together Through Life sold more than a million copies and debuted at number one in the U.S. as well as in the U.K.
