Farmers Capital Bank Corp. (FFKT) Wednesday reported a second-quarter profit of $3.1 million, up from $169 thousand in the prior-year quarter.
On a per-share basis, company reported a profit of $0.36 per share, compared to a loss of $0.04 per share last year.
Net-interest income decreased to $13.4 million from $13.8 million last year.Non-interest income totaled $6.4 million, up from $6.3 million last year.
Provision for loan losses decreased to $1.3 million from $4.5 million last year.
