Arrow Financial Corporation (AROW) reported second-quarter net income of $5.6 million or $0.48 per share, down from $5.8 million or $0.50 per share in the year-ago quarter.
Net interest income for the latest quarter declined to $14.3 million from $14.6 million a year ago, while total noninterest income rose to $6.8 million from $6.2 million last year.
Provision for loan losses for the quarter increased to $240,000 from $170,000 in the year-ago quarter.
