The yen surged higher against the currencies of U.K. and Canada in early European deals on Tuesday. The yen is trading at fresh 7-week highs of 76.59 against the loonie and 121.0 against the pound. If the yen gains further, it will target 120.0 against the pound and 76.0 against the loonie.
