Cybill Shepherd has been engaged to a psychologist named Andrei Nikolajevic. It is the third engagement for the 62-year-old actress, who has been single since 1990.
Of the proposal, Cybill told the New York Daily News that it was "Very romantic and on one knee." "I never thought I'd get married again," she added.
The paper observed that she had a "gorgeous sparkler set in white gold" affixed to her left hand.
Shepherd was previously engaged to David Ford and Bruce Oppenheim--both non-Hollywood types--and has three children from those marriages. She and Nikolajevic reportedly met through friends.
Shepherd is currently starring on the Lifetime network's Jennifer Love-Hewitt vehicle, "The Client List."
