Kristen Stewart has admitted that she did, in fact, cheat on boyfriend and "Twilight" co-star Robert Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders while they worked together on "Snow White and the Huntsman." The news was initially broken by Us Weekly and the 22-year-old actress released an official statement confirming the rumors.
"I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me," K-Stew said in a statement to People. "This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."
Sanders, 41, also released a statement about the controversy saying:
"I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family," said the father of two in People. "My beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world."
Sanders' wife, Liberty Ross, also appeared in the role of Stewart's mother in "Snow White and the Huntsman."
