Parents Sue Over 'The Expendables 2' Stuntman's Death

The parents of Kun Liu, the 26-year-old stuntman killed during the filming of "The Expendables 2," have filed a wrongful death suit against the makers of the film for undisclosed damages.

Liu was performing on an inflatable raft on the Ognyanovo dam in Bulgaria when a nearby explosion wounded him. He would later die from the injuries.

Liu's parents, Zong Yu Liu and Yan Mei Bai, claim the filmmakers "negligently and carelessly failed to provide adequate protection from hard to the participants of the stunts."

The damages include expenses for burial and funeral as well as "the loss of society, love, comfort, attention, services and support" of their son.

Millennium Films and the movies stunt coordinator, Chad Stahelski, were each named in the suit.
