Following the disappearance and absence of Katherine Jackson, custody of Michael Jackson's three children—Prince, Paris and Blanket—has been temporarily been awarded to Tito Jackson Jr.
Katherine, 82, went "missing" last week (July 22), according to a tweet from Paris, and has been staying in Arizona away from the family's California home.
At a subsequent hearing in Los Angeles, Katherine's attorney speculated that she "has been held against her will," prompting the judge to give custody to Tito.
He added that the children may "not be removed from California without a court order, by any person." The judge provided that the custody may revert to Katherine should she return to the state.
Katherine had been the legal guardian of the children since Jacko's death in 2009.
