Sports team Manchester United disclosed in a regulatory filing that it expects to price its initial public offering between $16.00 and $20.00 per share.
The company said it is selling 8.33 million Class A ordinary shares and the selling shareholder is selling 8.33 million Class A ordinary shares.
The company's Class A ordinary shares have been approved for listing on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "MANU," subject to official notice of issuance.
