Healthcare Realty Q2 FFO Rises - Quick Facts

Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. (HR: Quote) Tuesday reported an increase in funds from operations for the second quarter.

Funds from operations, or FFO, increased to $26.5 million or $0.34 per share from $22.4 million or $0.31 per share in the same period last year.

Normalized FFO was $26.5 million or $0.34 per share, compared to $22.7 million or $0.31 per share last year.

On average, 14 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to earn $0.33 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Net income attributable to common stockholders increased to $2.9 million or $0.04 per share from $2 million or $0.03 per share last year.

Revenues totaled $78.7 million, up from $71.7 million last year. Analysts expected revenues of $78.56 million.
