Jabil Circuit, Inc. (JBL) said Tuesday that it has priced its offering of $500.0 million 4.700% senior unsecured notes due 2022.
The notes will be issued at 99.992% of par.
Jabil anticipates that the closing of the offering will occur on August 3.
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay outstanding borrowings under its revolving senior credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
