American Realty Capital Trust, Inc. (ARCT) Tuesday said its second-quarter funds from operations increased to $30.7 million or $0.193 per share from $6.2 million or $0.055 per share in the same period last year.
Adjusted FFO was $30.4 million or $0.191 per share, compared to $17.2 million or $0.153 per share last year.
Revenues totaled $45.6 million, up from $29.0 million last year.
Net income attributable to stockholders was $4.3 million or $0.03 per share, compared to a loss of $9.5 million or $0.09 per share last year.
