HMV Group plc (HMV.L) has appointed Trevor Moore as its chief executive, succeeding Simon Fox, who has decided to leave the company after six years as CEO. Fox would remain in post until Trevor Moore arrives on September 3 to ensure a smooth handover.
Trevor Moore joins from Jessops, where he was Chief Executive until recently and has a strong track record in consumer facing businesses including HSBC and Whitbread.
