Genomatica, Inc. on Thursday requested Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC consent to the withdrawal of initial public offering registration statement. In its filing with SEC, the company said in light of current market conditions, it has determined not to proceed with the IPO.
Further, the company requested the Commission that it may, upon consideration of its financing and strategic options undertake a subsequent private offering.
