Dierks Bentley will handle the hosting duties for this years' ACM Honors, which recognizes the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 47th Annual ACM Awards.
Special Award recipients include Bobby Braddock, Kenny Chesney, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Alan Jackson, Ricky Skaggs and Dwight Yoakam.
Dallas Davidson, the winner of Songwriter of the Year will also be recognized with the Poet's Award which has been given out only once, in 1965, to Roger Miller.
The 6th annual event will be Bentley's first time hosting the show. This years' event also marks the third year that the ACM Honors has taken place at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The event is set for September 24.
