Jabil Circuit Inc. (JBL: Quote) announced the closing of its offering of $500 million 4.700% senior unsecured notes due 2022. The Offering resulted in net proceeds to the Company, after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated expenses, of about $493.3 million.

RBS Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated acted as joint book-running managers for the Offering.
