Bristow Group Inc. (BRS: Quote), a helicopter service provider to the offshore energy industry, announced Monday that it will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on all the outstanding 35,750,092 shares. The dividend is payable on September 14, 2012 at the close of business on August 31, 2012.
