Yet another masseur, Fabian Zanzi, has made allegations against John Travolta, accusing the actor of exposing himself during a massage. Travolta's lawyer has filed papers against Zanzi, requesting the case be dropped and Zanzi pay his fees.
Zanzi, a cruise ship employee and the third masseur to bring allegations against Travolta, says that the actor had dropped his robe and exposed himself during a neck message session in 2009. He adds that Travolta forcefully embraced him before attempting to buy his silence for $12,000.
In court papers, Zanzi says the incident was "nonconsensual, inappropriate, extreme and outrageous." Travolta's lawyer admits that the actor was on the cruise ship, but contests that the story is fabricated.
The two previous cases against Travolta were dismissed.
