Drake says he's taking the time out of his busy schedule to focus on studying so he can graduate and receive a high school diploma.
As a teenager the Canadian rapper dropped out of Toronto's Forest Hill Collegiate Institute after he landed the opportunity to star on television in Degrassi: The Next Generation. He says he will spend the rest of the summer hitting the books:
"I'm actually spending my summer graduating high school. That's my main focus after Ovo Fest. I only have one (college) credit left (to complete), and I'm really excited about that."
Drake performed at the third annual OVO Fest over the weekend in his hometown of Toronto. During his set at the show he brought out Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross and Meek Mill. Other performers included A$AP Rocky, 2 Chainz and The Weeknd.
