Gainers:

CVS Caremark Corp. (CVS) is rising 3 percent to $46.25. The company's second quarter profit increased from the same period prior year. Net revenues for the quarter rose 16.3 percent from the year-ago quarter. The company also raised its earnings forecast for full year 2012.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) is rising 3 percent to $2.27. The company's second quarter profit jumped from the year-ago period, benefited by a hefty tax gain. Revenue for the quarter advanced 13 percent. The company raised its 2012 subscriber, revenue, and adjusted EBITDA guidance.

Fossil, Inc. (FOSL) is surging 20 percent to $83.73. The company's second quarter profit improved 11.6 percent from the year-ago quarter and its earnings per share topped Wall Street view. Net sales for the quarter climbed 14.3 percent and were above the consensus estimate. However, the company guided third quarter earnings per share below analysts' estimate and also lowered its full-year earnings forecast.

US Home Systems Inc. (USHS) is surging 37 percent to $12.42. Home Depot (HD) has agreed to acquire the company for $12.50 per share in cash.

BroadSoft, Inc. (BSFT), Grand Canyon Education, Inc. (LOPE) are rising following release of their results .

Trading halt:

Trading in shares of Neutral Tandem, Inc. DBA Inteliquent (IQNT) was halted. The company's second quarter profit plunged from the year-ago quarter and missed analysts' estimate. Revenue for the quarter increased 4.9 percent and were also below the consensus estimate. The company lowered its fiscal year 2012 revenue forecast.

Trading in shares of Corcept Therapeutics Inc. (CORT) was halted. The company's second quarter loss narrowed from the same period prior year. The company also announced that it has sold to an investment fund managed by Pharmakon Advisors a synthetic capped royalty on future product sales for $30 million.
