Lady Gaga has announced the title of her highly anticipated third album, which she says will be called ARTPOP.
"Make sure when writing about my new album/project ARTPOP that you CAPITALIZE the title it's all in the details," Gaga said when writing about the new project.
Gaga also made the album title a permanent part of her body, getting the word ARTPOP tattooed on her bicep. This is the star's 10th tattoo, but one of the first to be on the left hand side of her body. She promised her dad that she would keep at least one half of her body "normal."
"It was actually per my father's request," Gaga told Rolling Stone. "He asked that I remain, on one side, slightly normal."
ARTPOP is expected in early 2013.
