AMR Corp. (AAMRQ.PK) reported July consolidated revenue and traffic results for its principal subsidiary, American Airlines, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, AMR Eagle Holding Corp.
Consolidated traffic was down 2.2% to 12.82 billion revenue passenger miles, or RPMs, from 13.11 billion RPMs last year.
Consolidated capacity declined 2.2% year-over-year to 14.74 billion available seat miles. Load factor was 87.0%, same as the previous year.
On a consolidated basis, the company boarded 9.9 million passengers in July.
