Semafo Inc. (SMF.TO) Wednesday announced Benoit Salle is stepping down from the position of president and chief executive officer and he has been appointed as executive vice-chairman of the board of directors.
The company's Executive Vice-President and COO Benoit Desormeaux has been appointed to the post of President and Chief Executive Officer. These changes will take effect at the close of business on August 8.
