The company posted a loss in its fourth quarter, as a result of non-cash goodwill and indefinite-lived intangible asset impairment charges of $1.25 billion. Net revenues declined from the year-ago quarter primarily driven by a 9.3% decline in April 2012 student enrollment and were also below analysts' estimate. In addition, the company expects to report a loss in its first quarter.
