FleetCor Technologies Inc. (FLT) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.73 after the bell Wednesday, up from $0.57 in the previous year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.65. The company also increased its full year EPS forecast to between $2.74 and $2.78, from prior guidance of $2.55 to $2.60. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $2.58.
FleetCor Technologies gapped up sharply Thursday and climbed in the first 45 minutes of trade, before settling into a range. The stock closed up by 3.38 at $40.08 and set nearly a 3-month high.
