Johnny Depp joined Aerosmith on stage at a Los Angeles show to help the band kick out their classic hit, "Train Kept A-Rollin." The Pirates of Caribbean star was called on stage by frontman Steven Tyler when Tyler told the crowd, "I need a little help up here. Johnny Depp, are you in the house?"

Depp then took the stage to play guitar and sing with the band in front of a packed house that counted numerous celebrities including Jim Carrey.

Aerosmith also enlisted Depp to sing backup vocals on a new song called "Freedom Fighter," which might appear on their upcoming album, Music from Another Dimension.

After the Hollwood Bowl show, Depp, Tyler and Joe Perry hosted an after-party at Harry Morton's Pink Taco on Sunset Boulevard. Celebrity guests included Tyler's daughter, Liv Tyler, Vincent Gallo, Carrey, and Seth Green.
