Denmark's consumer price inflation inched higher in July, the latest figures from Statistics Denmark showed Friday.
The rate of inflation in July was 2.3 percent, up from 2.2 percent in June. The consumer price index was flat on a monthly basis.
Prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages rose 4 percent year-on-year and clothing and footwear prices rose 2 percent. Housing costs increased 2.3 percent. Transport charges were 1.9 percent higher than last year.
