Imperva Inc. (IMPV) reported a second quarter non-GAAP loss of $0.02 per share after the bell Thursday, compared to the loss of $0.16 per share in the prior year. The company expects to report a third quarter non-GAAP loss of $0.02 to $0.03 per share and a non-GAAP loss of $0.11 to $0.13 per share for the full year.
Imperva has been rising steadily since the open Friday and is now up 3.10 at $29.26. The stock has climbed to a one-month high and has re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
