WaterFurnace Renewable Energy, Inc. (WFI.TO) reported second-quarter net income of $2.2 million or $0.18 per share, down from $3.4 million or $0.28 per share in the comparable quarter last year.
Sales for the latest quarter declined 16.5 percent to $28.2 million from $33.8 million last year.
The Board of Directors of the company approved a quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share for shareholders, payable on September 4 to shareholders on record as of August 22.
