Slash may be in the midst of promoting his first solo release, but there is one gig he says he'd love to land — an appearance on Sesame Street.
During a recent interview with Australia's Rip It Up mag, the former Guns N' Roses rocker claimes that he's never had the opportunity to appear on the show.
"Sesame Street have never approached me, though I would do it and I love kids. There's no way I'd ever turn Sesame Street down, but I don't know if parents would think I'm the best public influence on little kids."
The show has a long history of accepting rock stars into its fold, with previous performers including R.E.M., Norah Jones and James Blunt.
An impressive guest list set for next season already included David Beckham, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Zac Efron, Common and Halle Berry, Ed Helms, Train and Colbie Caillat, according Gibson.com.
