House prices in the United Kingdom fell further in July, according to survey results released Tuesday by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
The monthly RICS price index fell to minus-24 from the June reading of minus-22.
RICS noted the reluctance of lenders as a contributing factor. "The ongoing problem of accessing affordable finance is not helping," said RICS Director Peter Bolton King.
